It has been a very emotional and rough roller coaster the past couple of months--I will not lie. I never would have imagined in a million years I would be where we are, but it is what it is. Per my lawyer, I can't post any personals or specifics on here, but just know that Zoie and I are surviving and living each day to its fullest. As she would say, "Mommy and Zoie are a team" and we will be until the day I die... Message me for details.
But amidst all of the pain, heartache and tears...surprisingly enough, I am probably at one of the happiest points in my life. I can sleep at night knowing that I have done everything in my power to give my daughter a good life, one that she deserves. I am doing what I am supposed to be doing, and my job is to be a good mom. She told me the other night, after a long discussion, "Mommy, when I grow up, I want to be just like you." To hear those words out of your child's mouth, is such a blessing. I will cherish that moment until the day I die.
Zoie and I have also been having a blast, too. We took a road trip with the family to the Oklahom State Aquarium in Jenks. We had a blast and enjoyed a great dinner at Los Cabos and walked the riverwalk afterwards. I can honestly say that I enjoy spending time with my family.
